We carefully pack every order and aim to ship your purchase as quickly as possible.
Processing time:
Orders are usually packed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Delivery time:
After shipment, delivery usually takes:
- The Netherlands: 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary during weekends, holidays, sales periods or other busy periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping within The Netherlands is:
- Free for orders over €100
- €2.50 for standard delivery on orders below €100
Orders are shipped with a reliable delivery partner.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days after the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
✓ Items must be in their original condition
✓ All tags and hygiene seals must remain attached
✓ Items must not be worn, washed or altered
✓ Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, sweat, stains or any other substances
For hygiene reasons, swimwear may only be tried on briefly over underwear.
Please keep your item in the original packaging until you have decided to keep it.
Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
