At UniqueSwimwear, we aim to process and deliver every order as quickly and carefully as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery times, shipping costs, order processing and related information.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment has been received.

We aim to prepare and ship orders within:

1–3 business days

during normal circumstances.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, product launches, sales periods or promotional events may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Netherlands

1–3 business days

Belgium & Germany

2–5 business days

Other European countries

3–7 business days

Outside Europe

5–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • courier delays;
  • public holidays;
  • customs procedures;
  • incorrect address information;
  • circumstances outside the control of UniqueSwimwear.

UniqueSwimwear is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on:

  • destination country;
  • package size and weight;
  • available shipping options.

The exact shipping cost will always be shown before completing your order.

From time to time, UniqueSwimwear may offer free shipping promotions. These offers are only valid under the conditions stated during the promotion.

4. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information during checkout.

Please check:

  • name;
  • street address;
  • house number;
  • postal code;
  • city;
  • country.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply.

5. Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears to be delayed, please first check your tracking information.

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at:

We will investigate the situation with the shipping carrier and assist where possible.

Please note that delivery delays caused by carriers, customs or circumstances outside our control do not automatically qualify for refunds.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photographs of the package and the Product(s);
  2. Keep all packaging materials;
  3. Contact UniqueSwimwear within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • photographs;
  • a description of the damage.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate solution.

8. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • order number;
  • description of the issue;
  • photographs if applicable.

We will investigate and provide a suitable solution.

9. Customs, Duties and International Orders

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

UniqueSwimwear has no control over customs processes or delays caused by customs authorities.

10. Order Changes and Cancellation

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
